State of WI Public Meeting - Slow No Wake - Winnebago County
August 6 - Pursuant to §§ 30.77(3)(2r), and 227.01(3)(a) Wis. Stats., the State of Wisconsin Division of Hearings and Appeals will hold a Class 1 contested case public hearing n the matter of the objection of the Tri-County PowerBoat Alliance to the Slow-No-Wake Ordinance Number B 10 for the Town of Wolf River Waters Enacted by the Town of Wolf River in Winnebago County, Wisconsin at 10 a.m. in the Airport Conference Room (Located on the Main Floor) at the Wittman Regional Airport, 525 West 20th Avenue, Oshkosh. On April 27, 2009, the Town Board of the Town of Wolf River, Winnebago County enacted a slow-no-wake ordinance to regulate boating upon the waters of the Town of Wolf River. The Department of Natural Resources received a request for hearing objecting to ordinance number B 10 from Attorney Richard J.
